Anjanette Brooks

Brooks arrived at Ameren with more than seven years of experience in non-profit management. As a Manager of Corporate Relations at the Saint Louis Minority Supplier Development Council, Brooks has worked closely with over 55 major corporations in the Saint Louis and Southern Illinois region. Her primary focus was to obtain, sustain and retain corporate members by providing best practice sessions, networking opportunities and access to diverse businesses.

Brooks worked for five years at Monsanto Company as supplier diversity manager, diversity trainer and purchasing agent for General and Administrative Services.

Brooks earned her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale and an Advanced Supply Chain Management Certificate from St. Louis University’s John Cook School of Business.

Currently, Brooks is an active member of the Illinois Utilities Business Development Council.
